Relion RB300 LiFePO4 Battery

300Ah 12 Volt Deep Cycle

  • These lithium batteries are perhaps one of the most important pieces of equipment we have on board because they, in concert with our solar system,  make our boat energy independent as well as more like a home by powering our electrical system.   

  • Our RB300 is a 12V, 300Ah lithium deep cycle battery. This Group 8D lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery is ready to replace your heavy lead-acid battery bank in your sailboat. It’s only 82 lbs for a true 300 Amp Hour lithium battery that provides 100% of its rated capacity. 

  • LiFePO4 batteries are lighter, take less space and last longer. While the up-front cost is higher than Gel, AGM or Lead-Acid the overall cost of ownership is lower over time because they require no maintenance and they have up to 10x longer life.

Victron BatteryProtect

  • The Battery Protect disconnects the battery from non essential loads before it is completely discharged (which would damage the battery) or before it has insufficient power left to crank the engine

  • Maximum continuous load current 220 amp and Peak current (during 30 seconds) 600 amp

  • 12/24-Volt auto ranging - The Battery Protect automatically detects system voltage

  • The Battery Protect can be set to engage / disengage at several different voltages, the seven segment display will indicate which setting has been chosen

  • To prevent damage to sensitive loads due to over voltage, the load is disconnected whenever the DC voltage exceeds 16-Volt respectively 32-Volt

Balmar Temperature Sensor

Alternator 54 inch Length

  • Use with Max Charge, ARS-5 and Duo Charge alternator regulators to monitor and react to dangerous over-temperature conditions at your alternator and/or batteries. When installed on Max Charge, ARS-5 and Duo Charge regulators, Battery Temperature Sensors assist in adjusting voltage based on ambient battery temperature. Battery sensor mounts on negative battery post.
